This is National School Choice Week, a time for public and private schools to show what they have to offer to parents and students interested in open enrollment in a school district outside of the one in which they live.

Mansfield Christian School observed the week Thursday by having its high school students sit in the gym's bleachers for a group picture promoting school choice, by holding signs and wearing yellow scarves.

The private tuition school opened also its doors for tours, and offered an evening open house to showcase what it offers.

Mansfield Christian School has 520 students in kindergarten through twelfth grades, and has room for more.
