Two Couples With Combined 117 Years Of Marriage Share Secret

MANSFIELD,OH- Two couples at Primrose Retirement Community have been married for a combined 117 Years.

Edward and Barbara Starkey have been married for 62 years. Both of them met in college while working at a student radio station. Edward and Barbara became engaged one night while sitting together on a porch. 

"We were sitting on her parent's side porch, and we decided we ought to get married." Edward Starkey said.  

Ace and Nancy Bailey met at a barber shop and have been married for 55 Years. Ace proposed to Nancy while they were overlooking the Ohio River. 

"I didn't know what to think," Nancy Bailey said in regards to her seeing Ace for the first time. "I knew he was good looking."  

Thier secret? Sticking with each other through the tough times, and staying true to your wedding vows.
