3 Injured After Car Crashes Into A Savannah Home

SAVANNAH, OH - The Ashland County Sheriffs Department, Ohio State Highway Patrol, Nankin EMS and Savannah Fire Department with Savannah EMS responded to a single-vehicle accident on US 250 in Savannah around 5 a.m., Monday. 

The vehicle was traveling Northbound on US 250 when it lost control striking the home. 

Early reports indicate that 3 people, two juveniles, and one adult, were in the vehicle at the time of the crash. Two were flown by medical helicopter, and one was transported by EMS.

All three have now been transported to Cleveland hospitals. The driver, an 18-year-old male, is in serious condition. 

Alcohol may be a contributing factor in this crash. The Ashland County Sheriff’s Department is handling the investigation.
