Car Accident, Live Wires Cause Road Closure In Ontario

ONTARIO, OH - Springfield Fire Department with assistance from Troy Township Fire Department responded to a rollover accident on Lexington-Ontario Road. 

The driver of the vehicle was traveling northbound on Lexington-Ontario Road and went left of center, causing the driver to lose control and strike a utility poll. 

The power lines fell onto the road, causing traffic to be shut down in both directions. 

When the Springfield Fire Department arrived on scene, the driver was already outside of the vehicle. Troy Township evaluated the adult female on scene. The female refused to be transported. 

Springfield Fire Department and Troy Township Fire Department responded to the scene.
