MANSFIELD, OH - The North End Community Improvement Collaborative (NECIC) held a meeting at the Blust Avenue Farmer's Market on Wednesday afternoon, talking about several updates to their plans to improve the community and asking for the public's input.

Deanna West-Torrence, the Founder and Executive Director of NECIC, said the plan is a "roadmap for the future for North End development," and went over some details of the plan that the Mansfield City Council approved in 2011.

The updated plan is now complete and is ready for public review. To access the plan and provide your input, visit the NECIC website and request a copy of the updated plan, available through this link.
