Hayesville Mother Posts $30,000 Bond

ASHLAND COUNTY, OH - The Hayesville mother who pleaded not guilty to two charges of child endangering after her eight-year-old son shot her four-year-old daughter with a .22-caliber rifle is now out of jail, according to Ashland County Jail officials.

27-year-old Alyssa Mae Edwards posted bond on Friday afternoon, which was set at $30,000. Edwards faces two counts of child endangering, one of which is a third-degree felony. Edwards is expected back in Ashland County Common Pleas Court on Tuesday, March 13th at 3:00 PM.
