MANSFIELD, OH - In continuing the featured stories on Richland Young Professionals' "10 Under 40" Award Winners, WMFD spoke to Christine Myers.

Myers is in charge of financial duties at Hamilton Insurance, a family-owned business that Christine's father began in 1992. Both of Christine's siblings are involved in the business, focusing on Richland County residents and giving back to the community.

Myers and her family were raised within Richland County, and put a lot of focus on helping their friends and neighbors within the community by participating in community activities, volunteer efforts, and giving their time, talent, and treasure to those in need.

"Growing up, everyone in my class couldn't wait to leave Mansfield, and I was never in a hurry," Myers said. "I saw what Richland County had to offer. I saw the connections and the people. It's got the small-town feel. There are a lot of things to do, really. Through my dad's business, growing up, I was able to see those connections."

The Richland Young Professionals "10 Under 40" award spotlights some of the best and brightest influential young people in Richland County. Stay tuned to Newswatch during the month of May for more spotlight pieces on WMFD-TV.
