Catholic Charities is gearing up for its 2nd Annual Women's Financial Toolkit Event. Community Emergency Services Coordinator Rebecca Owens met with the Richland County Commissioners Thursday to discuss the upcoming event, which offers financial education for women.

Owens said those in attendance will learn about budgeting and money management, investing now and in the future, identity theft and scams as well as other valuable information.

Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray will make an appearance at 3 p.m. for anyone who would like to attend.
