A Sulphur Springs woman was seriously injured after apparently being struck by a motor vehicle shortly around 11:45 Tuesday night in Crawford County.

The Sheriff's Office says April Keaton was found laying in the yard at a residence in Sulphur Springs and taken to Bucyrus Community Hospital. She was later flown by medical helicopter to St. Vincent's Medical Center in Toledo.
