Madison High School social studies students held a "Meet the Madison Board of Education Candidates" forum Wednesday night in the Madison High School cafeteria.

The main issue discussed at the forum was the 7.0 mill bond issue appearing on the Nov.3 ballot for a new K-8 building.

The board of education has held several open houses at each school building to allow the public to see the current conditions of the buildings and to provide information about the bond issue.
