A Danville woman was killed early Saturday morning as the result of a one-vehicle rollover accident on Ohio 62, east of Danville in Knox County.

Angela Heldenbrand, 41, was pronounced dead at the scene. She was ejected from the front seat of a car driven by Vicci Sapp, 45, of Danville. The Mt. Gilead State Highway Patrol says Sapp was driving east on Ohio 62 and traveled off the roadway, striking a guardrail with her car overturning several times.

Sapp was arrested for driving under the influence. Two other passengers Max Carrier, 46, of Brinkhaven, Ohio and Robert Stribling of Mt. Vernon, were taken to Knox Community Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Sapp was wearing a seat belt but the other three passengers were unrestrained.
