Startek celebrated their one-year anniversary Tuesday with a carnival atmosphere. ..

The economic downturn many companies are experiencing doesn't hold true for everyone, as it was a carnival atmosphere Tuesday for employees at Startek who celebrated the one-year anniversary of serving the telecommunications industry.

A balloon release with Startek employees and President and Chief Executive Officer Larry Jones, along with local dignitaries highlighted the anniversary ceremony.

Employees also go into the carnival spirit by taking part in games, a pie in the face booth to raise money for charity and karaokeing.

All Startek employees received a one-year anniversary t-shirt to commemorate the event.
