  Dennis J. Gregory, 79, of Mansfield, died Friday, June 27, 2008, at Crystal Care Nursing Home, Mansfield. Born February 6, 1929, in Rowan County, Kentucky, he was the son of Willis and Sarrah Gracie (Caudill) Gregory. A retired equipment operator with North Shore Stone, he enjoyed gardening. Surviving are his wife, C. Faye (Cox) Gregory; two sons, Gary (Mary Jo) Gregory of Shelby and Keith (Rita) Gregory of Mansfield; six grandchildren, Anna Powers, Charles Gregory, Laura Sinn, Denise Gregory, Dustin Gregory and Dana Matz; nine great grandchildren; a sister, Edna (Bill) McKee of Morehead, KY; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Jessie Gregory; and a sister, Amanda Edridge. Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. Sunday, June 29, 2008, at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 30, 2008, at the funeral home conducted by Chaplain Alden Thibeau. Burial will follow in Franklin Church Cemetery.
