Mansfield North End Flooding Issues A Cause For Concern

MANSFIELD, OH - The Ohio organizer of Moms Clean Air Force is addressing the flooding issues at the north end of Mansfield.

Laura Burns wants to better inform the community about what happens to the families during the spring when potential heavy rains can cause problems in Mansfield's north end because it lies in a floodplain.

Burns hopes to educate people about the health impact of pollution, climate change and things like that, that they may not already understand.

She says people get overwhelmed because there's chemicals involved, scientific processes and politics that makes it a very off-putting topic, but what it comes right down to is health and that's something everyone can relate to.
