Multi-Use Path On Cook Road Begins Construction Monday

MANSFIELD,OH - Mansfield Mayor Tim Theaker has announced construction on a Multi-Use path will begin on Monday, September 11th. 

The Multi-Use path will be located on Cook Road. The west bound lane of Cook Road will be closed from Woodland Road to Chapelwood Boulevard to all traffic while construction takes place. 

Posted detour routes will include Woodland Road, Sunset Boulevard, and Chapelwood Boulevard. Trucks are advised to use Lexington Avenue and Trimble Road for detours. 

Lane closures will only take place during construction activities and will continue until the Multi-Use Path is complete. The expected completion date for the project is Mid-October. 

Motorists are urged to use caution when driving in the construction area.
