NECIC Asks For Community Input On Updated Development Plan

MANSFIELD, OH - The North End Community Improvement Collaborative (NECIC) held a meeting at the Blust Avenue Farmer's Market on Wednesday afternoon, talking about several updates to their plans to improve the community and asking for the public's input.

Deanna West-Torrence, the Founder and Executive Director of NECIC, said the plan is a "roadmap for the future for North End development," and went over some details of the plan that the Mansfield City Council approved in 2011.
