Money From Charity Jar Stolen At Ontario Speedway

ONTARIO, OH - The Ontario Police Department is seeking the publics help in identifying an individual who stole from a charity jar from Speedway. 

On December 17th, 2017, an individual entered the Speedway and removed an Akron Children's Hospital charity jar. The individual then took it into the restroom, where the money was removed and the jar left behind. 

The store reported that $5-$10 dollars was in the jar at the time of the theft. 

Video was obtained by the Ontario Police Department.  The department is currently attempting to identify the individual.
