MANSFIELD, OH - We travel down to Kingwood Center Gardens for this week's Plant Talk!

If you are maintaining a garden, there might be a lot of information you have to keep track of. From plant tags, dates on which seeds were planted, and more.

A journal or calendar might be just what you need.

This week, we look at maintaining a garden journal so you can be on top in managing your garden.

Kingwood Center Gardens were built in 1926 by Mr. and Mrs. Charles Kelly King. The 47-acre public garden saw its grand opening in 1953, one year after Mr. King's death.

Most of the estate after Mr. King's death was left to a private foundation that is still operating the gardens today.

Kingwood Center Gardens is located at 50 North Trimble Road, Mansfield, Ohio.
