Galion PD Seizes Suspected Synthetic Marijuana Wednesday

GALION, OH - The Galion Police Department seized suspected synthetic marijuana and other drug paraphernalia while serving a warrant on Wednesday. 

The Galion Police Department was attempting to locate an individual that was wanted on a misdemeanor arrest warrant for a probation violation our of Ashland County Sheriff's Office. 

Officers arrived at 130 South Riblet Street and were able to make contact and arrest Scotty Patterson, age 30. 

Suspected synthetic marijuana, as well as drug paraphernalia, was seized during a search warrant executed at the South Riblet Street address. 

Patterson was transported to the Crawford County Jail on the drug charges and is awaiting extradition to Ashland County.
