Tiffany Allison, John Rinehart Promoted at Richland Bank

MANSFIELD, OH - Richland Bank Vice President Jeff Parton has announced two promotions.

Tiffany Allison has been promoted to Assistant Banking Center Manager at the Kroger Lexington Banking Center and John (Robby) Rinehart has been promoted to Assistant Banking Center Manager at the Ontario Banking Center.

Tiffany Allison has been promoted to Assistant Banking Center Manager at Kroger Lexington.

She joined Richland Bank in September of 2004, and she has been a vital part of the Ontario Banking Center team for the last 14 years.

Tiffany has been a Teller and Teller supervisor.

She is a graduate of Mansfield Senior High School and holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from The Ohio State University.

Tiffany’s volunteerism includes the Ontario 4th of July Festival, The Snack Pack Project through the Church of the Cross and the monthly birthday events at Friendly House.

She and her husband Kyle and daughter Emily reside in Mansfield.

John (Robby) Rinehart has been promoted to Assistant Banking Center Manager at the Ontario Banking Center.

He joined Richland Bank in September 2015 as a teller.

Robby has been a Teller I, Teller II, Customer Service Specialist I, Teller Supervisor and now Assistant Banking Center Manager.

He is a graduate of Lexington High School and holds a degree in Management Economics, with a minor in Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Robby volunteers as an Alumni Advisory Board member for the Phi Delta Theta fraternity at Ohio Wesleyan University.

Robby resides in Lexington.
