MANSFIELD, OH - The American Red Cross has announced that it will be relocating from its Mansfield Office in the near future.

The Red Cross stresses that the move does not mean they are leaving Richland County, but that they are simply relocating.

The organization states that the current building they are occupying is in need of many repairs and lacks a sufficient number of tenants to support operations. The space will soon be listed for sale.

"We have actively begun a search for alternative space now, rather than wait for the sale to transpire, to continue to provide our services to the residents of Richland County seamlessly" The American Red Cross stated in a press release.

The Red Cross plans to announce the new location once one has been identified, and are also open to community suggestions to available spaces that will suit thier needs.
